The Goal

Jombine is a tech-enabled recruiting platform for sales professionals centered around team culture, job fit, and career purpose.

Jombine partnered with Flatirons to help bring their product to life and lay a solid foundation for the future of the company. We successfully launched an MVP that allowed recruiters to evaluate candidates effectively so they could successfully book two to five jobs per month. Flatirons also created a comprehensive design system for Jombine making continued feature development fast and cohesive.

Platform Design and Development.

Flatirons managed the entire design and development process, from initial conception through release and iteration, in house. We worked closely with the Jombine team via daily standups, weekly syncs, and asynchronous communication to deliver an onbrand MVP designed to help meet fundraising goals and traction targets. Our internal design team provided all UX and UI design services, information architecture, custom iconography, illustrations, and a complete style guide. Our in-house development team then worked closely with our design team to implement the designs and code the platform in React and Ruby on Rails.

Jombine’s new marketing site showcases their recently launched platform and branding.

Candidates can apply to the Jombine program, where they answer a series of questions that help recruiters determine whether they are right for the program.

Once the candidates have been accepted into Jombine’s program, they fill out a robust profile that tells their story and helps employers review their qualifications.

A Jombine recruiter can see all of the candidates in their dashboard, so they can get a better handle on which applicants still need to fill out their profile, and which are ready to be shown to employers.

Custom Design System.

Flatirons built Jombine a complete, living style guide and design system with typography, illustrations, colors, and form patterns designed to make the experience feel friendly, accessible, and professional. As Jombine continues to build out and expand their feature set, these elements can act as the building blocks for future feature development.
